Please allow (1-2) business days for delivery inside Lebanon from the date of placing the order .
For worldwide dispatch & delivery ; GCC and other international countries it will take approx. (4-7) business days from the date of placing the order .

* Accuracy

Please provide accurate information .
“Môôv“Is not responsible for any delays in shipments / delivery due to missing or wrong address information provided by the customer . Or any extra charges held in case of miss information or the courier didn’t get answer when customer been contacted .
Môôv entrust & carefully selected reliable couriers for all domestic & international deliveries. 

Please note that the prices do not include international taxes and customs fees, your delivery might be subject to additional costs depending on local customs legislations of destination country .
Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods or holidays.

* Refund and Exchange of damaged item

Môôv does not accept exchanges or refunds, it's a final sale policy. Unless the item you have received is damaged .
- Damaged returned item, must be in its original package form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached .
- For Lebanon local order exchanges of damaged items are allowed if the customer contacted SAVVY at the same delivery day before the courier leave the delivery point.

Providing clear photos of the fault(s) and include your order number in the subject line.
Môôv will get back to you as soon as possible.
- for International order ; after positive reply form Môôv for the same , Items must be shipped shipped back to Môôv at your own expense & out within 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order as evidenced by the courier's tracking information. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once your return has been received ,inspected and got accepted Môôv will email you to let you know when the refund proceed .
- Refunds might take up to 10 business days to be credited into your bank account ( the same method of your payment ONLY ) ,  with the initial shipping cost of the product deducted from the amount refunded, for return pickups orders inside Kuwait as a delivery charge.

* Alterations to Terms of Service and Conditions

Môôv reserves the right to make update and/ or change or its website, policies, terms and conditions at any time.
